How to change fade duration of titles on newest iMovie update?

I have searched through apple's discussions and the internet to find out how to change the fade in/out time on iMovie. If anyone knows how to change this to practically NO fade, just pop up title, please let me know. It would mean a lot, thank you. (This is being overlayed on top of a video clip by the way)
