I'm relatively new to FCP 7...
I have a question about this part...if you look at the bottom right section...there was a file that i had to compress in order to get vimeo video up...
but it was done compressing...it came out "failed." I was still able to load it up...but i was wondering why it came out as "failed."
Any help?

try opening the disclosure triangle in the history window next to "publish to apple tv." MIght give you some info.
Also, you might have more info in the batch monitor app which is in applications: utilities
would that triangle thing reveal something?
Is there a reason why you can't just try it and see. You can't hurt anything.
well yah...because i don't have the file anymore.
