APSdaemon.exe------ missing from computer?

Hey guys, not really good with technology so bear with my noobiness.

i just turned my computer on and now when i start my computer up it comes up with a banner saying that the file is missing from my computer and to try re installing it which i have tried to no avail.

ive tried searching for it and what do you know.... its no where to be seen... tried to update/repair/uninstall everything and start from scratch. didnt work.

so now i am after some ideas as to how i fix this problem....
