Q: When I try to reset my password on my iPhone using iforgot.apple.com, there is no information sent to my EMail account.

My IPhone asks me every 1-2 sec to sign into the ICloud. However, I don't remember the password. If I hit "cancel" it will just keep asking me to sign in forever. If I make three wrong trys it will send me to iforgot.apple.com. I have put several EMail addresses in the "send to EMail" but I have never received anything in any of the mailboxes from apple. However, if I simulate the same thing from my Ipad, I always recieve the method for reset with the same EMail address.

 

I want to delete the ICloud apple ID on my phone and replace it with the same one ID I have for my other apple devices. Has anyone else run into this proble? My phone has been useless for over three months.
