I have a few dead pixels on my MB retina and a small bump in the corner of the screen. Am is still able to get a free repair?

So I am having a few dead pixels in my screen and it is becoming quit obnoxious when I am watching full screen videos. The number seems to be increasing to. I have had this issue before right after i bought and i got it fixed for free. Only this time I slihgtly damaged my screen; there a bump in the corner. Nothing serious but will is still be able to get a free repair. Im sure he bump isn't causing the dead pixels but sinsce i damaged it a little bit i'm afraid I will be out of waranty. I have apple care.
