Sparkles?

Sparkles?

I am now getting sparkles all over the screen. There isn't any rhyme or reason. Sometimes a few, other times many, and at times none. Any thoughts?

Mac mini, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1), Mid 2011 model year

I do not know what you mean. If you take a screen shot do the appear when you view that screen shot? That will help determine if that are in the screen/cable or in the software/GPU

Have you tried giggling the cable or a new cable.

I tried the cable all is good there. I'll take a screen shot an when it happens again.

That means the GPU is rendering the graphics OK and that it is either a connector, cable or display problem.

Try another cable and display
