Need powerful router? Help

Hello

I am currently having an issue with my airplay music set up. I get frequent dropouts. I have tried changing channels and speaker location and router location. I currently have a virgin media superhub 1. I do have a lot of devices on wifi and running through my router. The router is bang in the centre of the house

iPad 4

Iphone 4

IPhone 4S x 2

iPod touch

Kindle

6 x airplay speakers various makes

Apple TV

PS3 (hard wired)

Virgin tv box (hard wired)

PC (hard wired)

Pioneer 5.1 (hard wired)

Nintendo wii

Western digital cloud (hard wired)

Central heating

Laptop

Plus all of my friends phones when they come over (which is when I use the airplay system).

I would like a stable wifi system. I know I need to invest in dual band wifi 2.4 and 5ghz.

I don't mind spending some money on a decent router but I don't know which one.

My biggest priority is stable music through airplay. I never have any delays playing anything through my Apple TV or streaming films.

Please help.
