i rented a movie and the sound did not match up to the picture the whole time. Then the movie just cut out in the middle now i cant find it to restart with out re-renting that i have already done twice! what can i do to fix this problem?

I don't know, but you should probably contact iTunes Store support through the report a problem links in your account history and ask for a refund.
