Can I add 'Filmon.com' to my Apple TV?

No, it is not. The apps on AppleTV are controlled under very different contractual terms than the App store. You cannot add typical iOs apps to it.

As for the mirroring issues with your iPhone 4:

• Try restarting your router and doing a reset on the Phone (Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset).
• Check the concurrant traffic on yuor WiFi network. See if there might be something that can be shut down while you are mirroring.
• Also check for electrical interferance around the router (cables, plugs, etc.)
