my search bar changes from google to bing and I don't like it

in my search bar, it shows google but then when I hit enter...it changes to Bing and it is not what I like. How do I change it back?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.2)

Remove Install Mac / Genieo/ Bing from Safari search
