Hiya,

the other day i purchased a Macbook pro 13.3, and I have heard from a fair few people that it does not need any antivirus software. Is this true?

I uses to use AVG on my old windows laptop, could I just use that for my macbook aswell?

You don't need any antivirus software. All it'll do is slow your machine down.

Also read thru this by T Reed, it will explain how to be safe, which is mostly common sense. I have 4 machines never ran AV never had an issue.
