I bought OS X LION to upgrade my MacBook and received a couple of emails with pdf files, password and redemption codes, but I was not able to find the "redeem" button under the "quick links" as stated in the email. I am running OS X 10.6.8. How to I redeeem/download software I already purchase?

After you open the Mac AppStore, use the Store menu to sign into your account. You should find the Quick Links on the right hand side of the Featured pane.
Hi. I have this problem too. But after signing into the Mac Store, I can't find the Featured Pane, or Quick Links. What shows up, in descending order: "Love is in the Air" advert, a Mac Pro advert, "Trending" and "Our Favorite Accessories". Am I on the correct page? Thanks!
You sound to be describing the Apple online store on the internet. The Mac App Store is only accessed with the App Store app found in the Applications folder on a Mac computer running OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.8 or later.
