How can I access my photos from iCloud?

I have a old iphone linked to icloud and I lost that phone. The pictures were backed up to my icloud. How do I get those pictures?

To get the photos in iCloud you will have to restore the iCloud backup containing then to a new iDevice.

iDevice = iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch - all of which use the iOS Operating System.
