How do I play iTune purchased songs on Windows Media Centre

I purchased a new mp3 player. Now I have to transfer the songs and albums I purchased a while ago through the iTunes Store. I know I have to change them through some kind of program as my new player is not an iPlayer. I run internet explorer 11 with Windows Vista. I can also run Google Chrome if necessary. Can someone help me with a 'how to'?
