Q: how do I turn off the icon jump around when I first turn my Mac on??  I was told go to Prefence then What will be next step?   please let me know,  thanks

I have an old Mac iso5.2  each time when I turn on  my machine all those iCon on the bottom, and I was told go to preferemces to change it, but I don 't recall what is next step when I get to preferece and thank you for  your response

    More information please. What model iMac PPC is this and what version of Mac OS X?

     

    Click the black Apple icon on the top left of your screen, and select About This Mac. The info will be shown.
