cannot download bonjour

I was unable to install the new iTunes until I uninstalled all Apple softward from Windows running in Parallels. iTunes is now installed, however, I am unable to download Bonjour. The link http://support.apple.com/downloads/DL999/en_US/BonjourPSSetup.exe returns an error message. Forbidden. Qurious.
