I purchased a Mac book air off someone and My iPhoto and iMovie will not update ! it asks for previous owners apple password ! I have my own apple id account and own a mac mini as well , how do I rectify this problem ????
As you own a Mac mini:
Delete the apps from the 'Book
Log into the App Store with your Apple ID.
Download the apps to the 'Book
tried it and now it wants me to purchase
What version of iPhoto do you have on the Mini?
Have you checked the Purchases List?
Its the original that came with the mini.
Yes I did check and its not in the list.
You either have to get the apple ID used to set up the computer form the previous owner, contact App store for possible support (link is onthe right of te app store window) or purchase your own softwre
