photo stream syncing issue with Iphone 5s

I have an iphone 5s and am having trouble syncing the photo stream on iphone to my computer. The photos are not automIcally going to the cloud as they should and in Itunes when I select On this Iphone/Photos I don't have the option to select sync photo stream. Photo stream does not show up in the dropdown as an option.

I checked my icloud settings and everthing seems to be turned on to sync.Has anyone else encountered this issue or have suggestions as to what else I need to try?

Hey Sbertcher,

If you haven't already, follow these instructions to set up Photo Stream on your Windows PC:

On a Windows computer

Your computer must have iCloud Control Panel 2.1 or later installed. You can download it at http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1455.

Open the iCloud Control Panel, then turn on Photo Stream.

To change the default Photo Stream upload and download folders, click Options. Click Change to choose a folder, then click OK.By default, photos are automatically downloaded to the My Photo Stream folder inside the Photo Stream album in your Pictures library, and uploaded from the Uploads folder inside the Photo Stream album in your Pictures library.

To make your changes take effect, click Apply.

When you import photos from a digital camera to the upload folder specified in the iCloud Control Panel, the photos appear automatically in My Photo Stream on your iOS devices and your computers set up with My Photo Stream.

You can also add photos to Photo Stream manually.
