I have my iPhone 4s blocked with the 4 digit code, how can I bypass it or something and use my phone? And how can I erase the iCloud ID and use my account, because someone made a prank an now I can't use my phone... Is there something I can do?

For iCloud, is it not your iCloud account ? If not, and if Find My iPhone is 'on' for it, then only the person whose account it is can remove it : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4515

I tryed the reset... It finished but the phone is not reseted it still ask for the passcode!
You followed all the instructions on that HT1212 page ?
Note: If iTunes asks you to enter the passcode, try another computer that you have synced with. Otherwise, go to "If you have never synced your device with iTunes, or you do not have access to a computer" section below.
