Q: since i downloaded the last software system ( IOS 7.04) to my iPad2 , i dont what happened !! when i try to turn it on ! there's an icon shows up ( an iTunes and a cable) , written that i must connect my device to itunes , and i did !but nothing fixed up

i would appreciate if u just give me a solution ! cause when i connect the ipad to my computer , it didnt work out with me :"( .
