Q: how do i take icloud off if my apple id wont be take on my phone?

i got my phone resetted through itunes and its suppose to be like new but then i found out my "find my iphone" is on and i cant put in my apple id because it keeps saying its wrong and ive changed the password several times and it still wont take

iPhone 4, iOS 7
