Ok, in an attempt to lay down a second vocal track in an attempt to double I've run into a problem.
What I want to do is lengthen out the ruler (and the regions) so that I can move my "doubled" vocal track in the tiniest of increments.
Please let me know how to accomplish this as I've exhausted all resources!

Disable the option "Edit > Snap to Grid".
And zoom in, as far as possible. The zoom controls are in the upper right corner of the Track area (in GarageBand 10.0)
