Q: I am having to put my password in every time I start mail on my mac mini. Can this be fixed?

I noticed this when I did the last update to Mavericks and I am tired of having to put my password in every time I start mail.

Mac mini, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1), Mac Mini Late 2012 16 gig of RAM

Try going to System Preferences>iCloud, uncheck Mail, restart your Mac, then go back and check Mail again.
