I've been looking through the discussions, but none of the solutions have been able to work for me.
I'm trying to update my iPod, but I can't because whenever I click "Update", a window pops up titled 'iPod Software Update', it loads for a bit, then says -
The iPod software update server could not be contacted.
Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, or try again later.
I've tried reinstalling iTunes, and looking for any conflicts with this resolution http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4123, but it's still happening.
Please help
