iTunes Smart Playlist NOT Updating.

Hey,

I had this problem once before and I fixed it but now I can't remember how I fixed it and it's happening again. Please Help. I've tried unchecking Live updating and mostley everything else. Turned the iPhone 5S on and off and that still didn't help. I also deleted the smart playlist from my phone (which caused it to also delete from my computer) remade a new playlist and that one also won't sync now. Please Help. I didn't start having this problem until AFTER I updated my iTunes to 11.1.4.62
