iBooks Store Button Not Visible

The ibooks Store Button is not visible in iBooks... I tried fixing by repairing permissions, rebooting... still no store button! Checked Parental Controls but does not apply as I am the admin. user... I don't get it! I can do everything fine from iTunes Store. Using Mavericks 10.9.1 & iBooks 1.0.1.
