I redeemed on iTunes card and wanted to order a game. But the money has gone and the game did not installed. Is someone can help me. What was happened?

What do you mean by 'game did not installed' ? Has it not downloaded onto your device ? Doesit show in the Purchased tab in the App Store app on your device, and if it does have you tried downloading it from there ?
