Download previous version of iPhoto

I'm hoping someone can help.

I have a mac running Lion and my computer is not compatible with Mavericks or Mountain Lion. Recently I had a problem with the OS in that finder would constantly crash. Since I had a backup of all my documents including photos and music I ended up reinstalling the Macintosh HD drive with a clean install of Lion.

The problem I have is that the latest version of iPhoto is not Lion compatible and even though I bought iphoto from the apple store I can't now view my back up of my iPhoto Library.

Has anyone got any ideas?

Have you checked your Purchases list at the App Store? It should contain the last version you downloaded.

If not:

Contact the App Store. As you bought the version from the App Store it certainly seems to me that they should honour that contract and allow you to re-download.
