I am using the CBC Olympics app. When I play the video using my iPhone 5 the commentary is in English. When I use my Apple TV to stream the video to my tv using airplay the commentary turns to French (I prefer the English). Help?
Yes I have already changes all the language settings on the Apple TV from default to English...
Same issue. All language options changed to English. Playing on iPad, audio is in English but as soon as I move to Airplay, it is French.
I wondered if it has something to do with being in Ottawa and my ISP controlling output language.

You have to admit, though, that it's likely a bug in the app. The app was sending video feeds to AirPlay that weren't even the Olympics last week (soap operas, kids cartoons) so the CBC folks probably (still) have something misconfigured at their end.
likely it's set to french in the settings of your appletv regional or language wise
use your remote to access the settings on the appletv and check
Having the exact same issue, even tried using my daughter's ipad to see if it was a setting on mine. I also made sure that the setting on Apple TV were English, no luck.
