Q: Imac won't reboot

Haven't use Apple for about 8 months. Turn it on and got this. Tried re starting it as prescribed 4 or 5 times and still comes up with this screen. Tried to reboot, still doesn't work??? What should I try next.

iMac (21.5-inch Mid 2010), Mac OS X (10.7.2)
