Do I have a virus/bug?

Hello and thanks for reading my post 🙂

The other day I got a popup on my iphone from the 'police' and pasted the link to my mac and it turned out to be a fake and they tried to give me a virus (I know it was stupid, and it was definatly fake). I was using safari. I downloaded anivirus software (sophos) and it said I had not viruses. I reset safari and restarted my computer, but safari has been acting a bit wierd, eg a few times safari went really scrammbled and wierd, this first happened when I was on their site. Also today I opened my laptop and went on spotify (software not browser) and my whole screen went black for like 20 seconds then came on again.

Could my safari has been bugged or something? Safari has all my passwords stored and card details too.
