Dear All,

is it possible to upgrade a late 2006 mac mini

to 10.6.3. snow leopard?

The pc has only 40Ghz HDD with 1.66 Ghz Core Duo, 0.5Gb of ram

Is that sufficient for Snow?

Thank you in advance

Yes if:

SN requires:

  • Mac computer with an Intel processor
  • 1GB of memory
  • 5GB of available disk space
  • DVD drive for installation

Your Mini can accept up top 2 GB of RAM. I would go to that vice only upgrading to 1 GB
