User1 Home renaming issue

Bought a new mac and the in the finder, the home tab is set to User1 and not my name as the account is set to.

I've renamed all the neccessary, changable user account info I can find but still, it doesn't change.I have added a screen shot of the offending file. I am either being stupid, or someting is going wrong here...

It is also blanked out to rename when you simply right click, get info.

I am logged in as the administrator of which I have full access to change the world.

If anyone can shed some light, it would be greatly appreciated.

Ps I have searched endlessly for an answer to this on this forum and several others, all of the answers given I have tried, with no luck.
