Planning on getting a MAC.
1- Will the Apple Store take our PC tower and transfer everything?
2- Will the Apple Store load Windows Office. knowing we have to purchase.

you can buy ms office for mac or you can just use libre office or the likes to read and write office documents
Great choice! Apple will do both if you request, just make an appointment at the Genius Bar via their reservation planner on the website. However, the process is very simple to do yourself. There are multiple forums as well as manuals showing how to easily transfer all your files from Windows to Mac via the Windows Migration Assistant pre-installed on your Mac.
