When attempting to open my iTunes, I am receiving the following messages:

2. This message open the above-
iTunes
iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes.
Error 7 (Windows error 1114)
I have had iTunes installed on my laptop for several years. This is the first seeing these messages.
