I changed my pass lock this morning and I have been disabled now as I can't remember my NEW code!
How can I unlock my phone now please!!!!

Either force the phone into recovery mode, as described here, & restore it:
http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808
Or, login to iCloud.com, on your computer, locate the phone, then erase it.
Either will remove the passcode.
