Q: My mom sent me a gift for $15 30 minutes ago. It's still not here. What do I do.

I do not understand how to recieve a gift. In iTunes Store my mom sent me money. It's not there. When and where do I go to get it.

You go to the email account that she sent it to - you've checked the spam folder as well as the inbox on that email account ? If it's not there then she could try resending it : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1541
