MobileMe Services has stopped working in Windows.

Hi

After I updated iTunes to 11.1.4.62, then a few problems appeared. When the update was finish a .dll file was missing, so I had to uninstall iTunes and all other programs and services to make it work again. But after that and what is wrong now is the MobileMe add-in when I'm starting up Microsoft Outlook 2010.

I appreciate any help. This is the problem details and I don't know exactly what I can do to fix it.

MobileMe is a discontinued service and the control panel should be removed if still present. Not doing so could cause Microsoft Outlook to freeze and/or issue error messages. See HT2992: MobileMe: Uninstalling the MobileMe Control Panel for Windows for details.

Information on time, but ok thanks anyway! It has already been done since I got suggestions from another person in the Apple community forum. 😐

Are the appointments all in the same calendar? I have four for some reason, two of which sync to Exchange. At one point the wrong one was the default.

What do you mean exactly? I solved the problem now anyway and the method was very strange. In the options for Sync calenders with, I just unchecked and then checked sync in the list there with the Outlook calender in iTunes, and kept the calender options. Then I started a new sync. So now the calender appointments are similiar in my Outlook and iPhone. I find it very strange. But it works ok now 😕

If it works, then it works, so all is good.

If I go into calendars on my iPhone or iPad I have two (work and private?) assoicated with my corporate Outlook/Exchange account and two (home and work) associated with iCloud. In Settings > Mail... > Calendar you can choose which account is used for new appointments. Obviously iCloud appointments don't sync into into the Outlook calendar and vice-versa.
