i bought audio books from apple put on iphones years ago can not get them on a 5 i see them in itunes history cant get them on my phone.......

Audiobooks are a one-time only download from the store, they won't show in the Purchased link for redownloading. Do you not have copies of them on your backup of your downloads/library that you should have been keeping and maintaining ? If your have then you can copy them from that onlt your new computer's iTunes (File > Add To Library) and then sync them to your phone
