Tascam 144 causes glitches

Tascam 144 older was always a problem. Finally foud new 3.00 update from tascam for Mavericks.. Seems better now.. GB still freezing up when using 20 plus tracks in complex recording. New GB seems plauged with ghosts... in the machine.. May go to Pro tools I guess.. Can't take much more of this..
