Q: the apple logo keeps appearing and blinking & "error 21"

My iphone logo keeps coming on and off & i put it in recovery mode then something popped up as "error 21" and i tried it on 3 different computers. my iphone is playing games please help !! it just wont restore i need proffesional help.
