Change country

Hello, i want to download pokerstars.eu edition to my iphone5. But i cant , and pokerstars support emailed me that i have to change country, because im not in europien region, so how i can change my country settings to UK, or how to download from app store pokeratars.eu edition, because i just can download pokerstars.com edition, i need .EU.
