Feb 9, 2014 3:52 AM in response to syed abdulby stedman1,Unless you are attempting to pair them through the "Hotspot" feature, the iPhone will not pair with the MacBook. Are you attempting the pairing through the Hotspot feature on the phone, or via the Bluetooth options?

Are you trying to use the iPhone to provide an Internet connection for the Mac?
Are you trying to use the Mac to provide a WiFi connection for the iPhone?
