After I updated to iOS 7 my phone started lagging. When I play games I get the same thing, and then I saw that my ram memory [512MB] is using 380mb and I figured out what's the problem. Is there any way to free my ram memory, free app ? It's really ******* me off.
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

Basic troubleshooting does not require an app.
There are no apps in the app store that can really free memory, they simply do not have access to the OS to do so.
I'll try by restoring phone as new.
