In app purchase charged but not received

I used my iTunes gift card to purchase an item in a game called Clash of Clans.I entered my password and waited a long time for my purchase to be done. But I closed the app accidentally and as I opened the app again I can't purchase it because my credit had been charged. Then I received an iTunes receipt one day later but I still didn't get the item. I tried to contact the developer and send a feedback to iTunes Store but neither has a response till now.

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4

How long ago did you contact iTunes Support ? If it's been longer than 48 hours then contact them again : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
