How can I transfer my music from de ipod touch 5G to my pc

I have an ipod touch 5G 64GB and I changed my laptop. Of course, I´ll need to transfer the music from the ipod to the new laptop.

I´ve seen several discussions about it (sharepod, copytrans suite....) but they can only get the voice memos and not the music.

My ipod has IOS 7.0.4 and the last version of iTunes (11.1.4.62)
