My iphone 5c does not respond, the screen turned black and when I tried to restart it, it didn't work and then it asked me to conect it to itunes. As I conect it to my computer the itunes recognized that my iphone had to be restore but in the middle of the process it cancells itself and appears a message telling there's a problem. I cannot use it at all.

i think the easiest way to fix this would be to plug the phone into itunes and perform a DFU restore (just google DFU mode) it's very easy

I just figured out how to do it...after whatching every single tutorial on YouTube I simply took off the SIM card and restored it without it...it worked for me try it
