I have an IPhone 4 on IOS7, i recently updated to the new version of itunes, 11.1.4? Anyway, this version doesnt recognise my iphone when its plugged in, therefore i cant sync any of my music to it via my computer? If anyone could help, would be great 🙂

It's possible that the iTunes software didn't update properly. Try the specific steps below for the iPhone first:
