Pre-order won't download and is "waiting"?

I pre-ordered a single (Stay The Night - Zedd feat. Hayley Williams) a while ago now, i got an email last night saying it had been released and so it had downloaded into my libary. But it hasn't, it is still "waiting" in the downloads section in my iTunes store and will not download. Any help?😕
