iMac does not restart after power outage

How can I get my iMac to restart after power outage?

I'm on Snow Leopard

iMac (USB 2.0), Mac OS X (10.4.11)

Look at the Energy Saver system preference.

I'm not sure the feature is as old as Snow Leopard.

Doesn't restart or doesn't power up at all?

Either way, try a SMC Reset.
